Here at Portola North Phoenix, we pride ourselves with being Pet-Friendly. Our love for animals doesn’t stop at allowing pets which is why you will find that we have a beautiful pet park for your furry friends to exercise. We offer free dog treats in the leasing office, and Pet Stations are located throughout the community. Pet rent is $30.00 per pet , up to two pets per unit; additional fees apply.
